Latest in for the New Year

It’s a new year and a new beginning! Here at Arcadia Antiques we are always enthusiastic about the new beginnings and excited about what is in store for us in the New Year. To celebrate this new beginning we have stocked up some fabulous new items for our clients. Most of our recent acquisitions are bleached or painted with that beautiful slightly distressed appearance that many have started preferring these days.  
 
For instance we have this interesting mid 18th century bleached oak commode with serpentine drawers and sides. The slightly distressed appeal along with the old world charm makes this piece really interesting. This would work well in most environment be they ancient or modern.
This 19th century painted Dutch linen cupboard is one of a kind. With plenty of storage space and classic good looks, this is one perfect example of form and function.
